The Green Gables House, also called Green Gables Heritage Centre, is a National Historic Site of Canada. Montgomery visited the 19th century farm owned by her cousins the MacNeill family when she was a girl. Guided and self-guided tours are conducted in the house featuring Victorian-era furnishings.
