One of the oldest farmer's markets in the United States, this Seattle landmark is situated on nine acres along Elliot Bay. Pike Place Market opened in 1907 at the suggestion of city Councilman Thomas Revelle. It now has 250 merchants, 80 farmer vendors, 225 artisans and 400 street performers. The market area has a wide variety of restaurants, as well. The Seattle Historic District also is home to more than 350 residents.

Classic Downtown Seattle Day Tour【Max 12 Pax Small Group】: Kerry Park, The Spheres, Space Needle, Pike Place Market and Seattle Chinatown

This was a fantastic small group day tour of downtown Seattle. With only 12 people, everything felt relaxed and well organized. Kerry Park offered stunning views of the skyline and the Space Needle, and Pike Place Market was lively and full of local character. Our guide shared a lot of interesting history along the way.

Must See Seattle Hop-On Hop-Off | 24-Hour or 48-Hour Tickets Available

Fantastic way to see Seattle

The hop-on hop-off bus was incredibly convenient for exploring all the major sights. The commentary was informative, and we loved being able to jump off at places like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Highly recommend for first-time visitors!

Overall a good trip in terms of experiences. Our tour guide was exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable. We were given the freedom to enjoy locations at our own pace.
