Sun Peaks in British Columbia, Canada, is home to a fantastic alpine ski resort, the Sun Peaks Resort. Painted in bright colors, the charming resort village features modern accommodation, shopping, and dining. The ski area is comprised of 3 mountains: Tod Mountain, Sundance Mountain, and Mt. Morrisey, and features 5.8 square miles (15 sq km) of ski-able terrain. The resort has 11 lifts and 122 runs, including 12 gladed areas and 25 miles (40 km) of cross country trails. Sun Peaks also has the highest elevation 18-hole golf course in British Columbia, at over 1,200 meters above sea level!

The 10-day Canadian Rockies tour was a dream!

The Athabasca Glacier was an absolute highlight, and Sun Peaks offered a peaceful spot to relax after all the hiking and exploring. I can’t recommend this tour enough for anyone who loves nature and stunning landscapes.
