As one of San Francisco's most historic and picturesque neighborhoods, Alamo Square sits atop a hill overlooking much of the city's gorgeous backdrop. It is also home to a popular park and the location of the iconic and often photographed Victorian homes commonly referred to as the "Six Painted Ladies."
