Tour was good. Guide was excellent switching her commentary from English to Mandarin smoothly. Tour coach was average.

Everything worked well for this excursion. The falls were wonderful with a good buffet lunch. Our driver was very knowledgeable and showed us lots of view points. However, our flight was delayed by 7 hours on the way back to jfk..........

Tour guide spoke poor English. Over 1/3 of passengers did not speak or understand mandarin. Not very informative.

Initial pick up was not very well handled. Driver would throw luggage as he pleased. And drop off location.....not accommodating a disabled person in our party....
