Avila and Segovia are AMAZING, They are a MUST SEE areas. The reasons I gave it 4 out 5 stars because: (1) Julia Tour's office, the day of the tour, was totally did-organized. There was only one lady handling all other tours, so she was ove..r-worked and therefore she was little short and rude. and (2) Before we got to Avila, we stopped at little café which was packed with at least 5 other tour buses, so you couldn't even have a cup of coffee or water, (wrong stop) but it has an amazing view of the Castle Read full review

The trip was contented. But the group was too large and the tour guide didn't count for the group each time after dismiss. I got lost already at the very beginning of the trip. I was visiting by my own for the whole morning.
