Best Flume Gorge Tours & Trips

The amazing natural gorge spreads 800 feet at the bottom of Mount Liberty with Conway granite walls as tall as 90 feet in New Hampshire's Franconia Notch State Park. Flume Gorge was happened upon by 93-year-old "Aunt" Jess Guernsey while she was fishing in 1808 and is said to have been formed approximately 200 million years ago. It features the spectacular Avalanche Falls. The flume's visitors center has information, a cafeteria and gift shop.

10-Day Colors of New England Tour from Boston: Kennebunkport, Cape Neddick Lighthouse, Acadia National Park, Bretton Woods and Cape Cod

My partner and I booked this trip to celebrate our anniversary, and it was one of the best travel decisions we’ve ever made. The itinerary balanced big highlights like Boston with hidden gems, such as quaint towns in New Hampshire. The hotels exceeded expectations, clean and comfortable, often located near charming town centers. I especially loved the stop at Martha’s Vineyard—it felt like a slice of paradise. The coach was modern and had Wi-Fi, which was a plus for sharing updates with family back home. Highly recommend for couples and families alike.
