The Southeast France commune full of floral fields and gardens that is known as "The Fragrance Capital of the World" and is home to the three perfume factories of Galimard Perfumery, Molinard and Fragonard Perfume Factory as well as the International Perfume Museum. The commune became its own republic in the 12th Century and its perfume industry began in the late 1700s.
