The hotels selected were consistently comfortable and well-located. The hotel in Siem Reap had a beautiful pool that was a godsend after a long day of temple trekking in the heat. It's the little comforts that make a big difference on a multi-day tour.

Dat was incredibly responsive as we were planning the trip, as we went through 4 iterations before settling on a final itinerary. And during the trip when there was a hiccup, he was quick to be responsive and made mid trip adjustments. He was clear about all that was included and set us up with fantastic hotels and guides. Lala in Sapa was so great! ask for her if you can... i understand that she hosts homestays too! We learned so much about Vietnam and the wonderful people who live there.

I did this tour solo and it was a fantastic experience. Every detail from airport pick up to providing exceptional tours, was taken care of. Long Pham my main point of contact ensured that my tour guides would pick me up and then proceeded to check in after the tour was over to make sure it was what I'd expected.

Everthing is good

We had a fabulous trip around Vietnam. Mr Billy organised everything according to our wishes. Everything went like clockwork, pickups, drop offs, meals, cruises and so on. We felt we got very good value for the price. If you are wanting a trip with no stress in Vietnam, we would highly recommend this tour.
