He was humorous, cheerful, and knowledgeable, and with over 20 years of guiding experience, he handled every situation with ease. He thoughtfully arranged all the details of our activities, responsibly answered our questions, and offered us highly useful suggestions. His care and attention were heartwarming—he even went out of his way to take photos for each tourist and recommended many incredibly delicious local foods!
