The magnificently beautiful Gothic style structure with 267-foot tall towers is decorated with 2,303 statues and was the coronation site of 24 French kings from Louis VIII in 1223 to Charles X in 1825. Our Lady of Reims Cathedral is said to be built upon the site of the year 496 Clovis baptism that created the Kingdom of the Franks.
