He was humorous, cheerful, and knowledgeable, and with over 20 years of guiding experience, he handled every situation with ease. He thoughtfully arranged all the details of our activities, responsibly answered our questions, and offered us highly useful suggestions. His care and attention were heartwarming—he even went out of his way to take photos for each tourist and recommended many incredibly delicious local foods!

Guide Chen in the Rocky Mountains made us feel so welcome with his care and attention that it felt like we were truly at home. His warmth and thoughtfulness made the experience even more memorable.

This tour was fantastic! Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were even more beautiful in person. The views at Vermilion Lake Viewpoint were breathtaking, and Johnston Canyon was a fun hike. Booking was super easy, and customer service was so helpful when I had a question. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the best of the Canadian Rockies.
