Our group tours are escorted by travel professionals who are on hand to provide assistance to our clients when required. Our third-party travel partners are vetted and have excellent safety records.

Your tour includes travel by deluxe air-conditioned coach, channel crossings (where applicable), and internal flights as specified in the itinerary. Accommodations are in comfortable 3- or 4-star hotels, with daily breakfast included. Enjoy continental breakfasts, Indian dinners, and Indian vegetarian lunches as outlined in your itinerary, along with included sightseeing and entrance fees. All tips and service charges are covered for your convenience, and a dedicated Star Tours representative will support you throughout your journey. For added peace of mind, bookings are protected under ABTA and ATOL regulations where applicable.

Cancellation Policy If you or any member of your party needs to cancel, the primary contact must notify us — or the travel agent where the booking was made — in writing. Cancellation charges apply from the date written notice is received and are calculated as a percentage of the total holiday cost, based on how far in advance of departure the cancellation is made. Coach Tours More than 28 days before departure: 25% of the total holiday cost 27–14 days before departure: 50% 13–7 days before departure: 75% 6 days or fewer before departure: 100% (no refund) Other Tours More than 28 days before departure: 40% of the total holiday cost 27–14 days before departure: 75% 13–7 days before departure: 90% 6 days or fewer before departure: 100% (no refund) These cancellation terms apply in all circumstances, including but not limited to missed payment deadlines, visa denial, or inability to travel due to personal reasons such as medical conditions, bereavement, or jury service. Please note that cancellation percentages apply to the total holiday price excluding insurance premiums and certain additional charges, which may remain payable in full (including visa fees, courier fees, and postal charges). If you cancel and later rebook, the above cancellation terms will still apply.

If a client wishes to travel on a tour which is different then our regularly scheduled group departures, we offer clients the option travel on a private basis and we can customise itineraries as per their requirements. Private European coach tours are available on a group tour basis only.
