Two of the guides were very rude. One guide belittled an elderly woman and another yelled at me while I took a photo of my kids. The tour was crammed with far too many people. It was an awful experience.

Denys is a responsive tour guide. Although our names, somehow, not stated in his list he still let us go in the bus that early morning and start the tour. He then try to reconfirm us with his office along the way. Thank you denys.

Tour was a great experience. My only complaint was that there were too many tours going through the canyon at the same time - hard to hear the tour guide and it was very distracting.

Enjoyed the experience - a very unique and beautiful sight to see. I have only one complaint - too many people going through the canyon at the same time - sometimes hard to hear the tour guide and it was very distracting.

My opinion is that there were unadvertised costs associated with upper and lower tours. Other than the added costs, both tours were outstanding. Both tour guides exceptional and very professional.
