We had a wonderful weekend at Niagara Falls and we got really lucky because we got an upgrate for the hotel (for free) and did the tour reverse, so that we could spend more time at the Falls. So even with these 2 big points I only give 4 be.. Read full review

Customer care confirmed glen watkins is open but bus guy said its not. Took us to corning museum instead. In depth tour is cheat. They are selling $10 ticket for 25 on the bus. Tried to confront bus guy and he started talking foul. Not wort.. Read full review
