Tour guide is very unprofessional. Found out that she was sleeping with one of the male travellers in our group. She is interested only to party with the younger travellers. She gives NO notice to the older ladies, who could not cope with t..he group walking, despite she is called upon. She has no local knowledge. She will google about the place as the bus is approaching ,& then read the information from her handphone. She can not speak any of the local language and is dependent on the driver to get us thru the various borders. She is not organised and frankly should not be a tour guide. Tours4Fun did an excellent job in showing and keeping everyone engaged in various activities.

This tour was great for someone like me and my wife, who had never been to Italy. We got to see a lot in a short amount of time. We could now make the choice to go back and stay longer in the places we'd like to see more of. Of course, the ..nature of that is also its drawback in that it was exhausting and at times we could hardly remember what we'd seen. I thought the accommodations were good on most nights; some better than others. I would have appreciated more time in Florence versus other stops. Our tour guide, Roma, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, personable, and a lot of fun. I would tour all of Europe with her and our driver, Giuseppe, who was so helpful and polite. Overall, this was a great value and I definitely recommend it to those who want to see a lot in a short period of time. Read full review
