4 days Trip was fantastic. It was an altogether different experience. Hotels provided during tours were excellent.

Did the 4 days stunning autumn rockies tour. This company is EXTREMELY well-organized and perform attentive and quick customer service. It was my first time solo-travelling — I had my reservations about the reliability of this company and.. whether or not they will deliver or reach on time (given that the tour had no reviews during the time of my booking). Now that I’m on the third day, I am glad to have done it with these guys. They answered my customer service questions past business hours on live chat. I lost service once while calling them and they called me back (which is more than some other companies). I also got lost during the tour and called customer service and they successfully navigated me back. Really great company, could not recommend enough. Tour guides were great all were on time, kind and professional. Wanted to give a particular shoutout to Jesse, who was super friendly and warm. One feedback for the company: it was sometimes hard to hear that tourguide’s voice on the bus intercom. Also, I would like to hear more facts about the ecology of the mountains. All tour guides spoke in both english and Mandarin. One tip: the multi day tour I booked didn’t have reviews. Don’t let this stop you from booking — they coordinate the multi day tours so that they fall within the same schedule as one day tours. Great experience for those who is jew to Calgary and don’t have any vehicle

We just finished a 4 day Jasper / Banff / Sulphur Mountain trip. The overall experience was excellent apart from a few minor niggles. The buses used were small and didn’t have toilet/WiFi /mobile charging ports. The tour guides/drivers we..re bilingual in English and Chinese but their English usage was rudimentary, so no ex-tempore comments in English. We booked the meal plans and the meals provided were really excellent as were the hotels provided for the stay (Jasper Inn & Banff Aspen Lodge). Read full review

I am not a driving person so I booked this tour but when the iternary got generated they charged me more than the actual tours they are using ( Calgary tours) . I had to fight a lot to get my refund. Also they were charging me fully for all.. the attraction entry fees for my 5 year old daughter but she was free everywhere so I booked all the entry tickets my self. Also none of the information is properly provided by Tours4fun customer care and you need to ask for every basic information again and again to get a proper answer. Also 4 days tour was broken into 2 days 1 day and 1 day. 2 days for Jasper in separated bus 1 day Banff in separate bus 1 day Banff and back to Calgary in separate bus. We didn’t knew about this plan and we had to repeatedly ask the tour company about our tour iternary which we only came to know one day prior to our tour so it was very annoying. Bus pickup was on time and tour guide Jesse was good. He covered all the spots on time and also proper time was allotted for all the spots. Only problem was his communication as he was not clear in his communication at all. Hotel provided were very good like in Jasper we were given whistler inn and in Banff we were given aspen lodge. Transportation was very good and bus was very comfortable . Overall a good tour if you don’t want to drive. You can sit back and relax and enjoy the views. Read full review
