I was really excited for this tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The booking process was fine, and customer service was helpful before the trip, but that’s where the positives end. The tour itself felt very rushed... We spent too little time at some of the key locations, like the House of Virgin Mary and the Basilica of St. John. The highlight for me was definitely the visit to Cappadocia, but even there, the itinerary didn’t allow enough time to fully enjoy the landscape and activities. The meals were fine, but I expected a bit more variety, especially for dinner. The biggest disappointment was the accommodations. Some were outdated and didn’t meet the 4-star standard I was expecting, especially in the more remote areas. I understand there are time constraints, but I really felt that the trip needed to be better balanced. I loved the convenience of having customer service available 24/7. Every time I reached out with a question, they were so quick to respond, which made everything less stressful.The dinners were delicious, and there was always a great variet..y of Turkish food. Overall, the tour was good, but I feel it could have been a little more organized. The booking was straightforward, and the customer service was quick to help when I had some questions before the trip. They also offered great assistance wit..h airport pick-up, which was seamless. The tour covered so many great sites, but I was disappointed by how little time we had at some of the more iconic places. For example, I wish we had more time at Hierapolis and Ephesus to fully explore the ancient ruins. The meals provided were good, though a bit repetitive — we had similar options at every stop. Our guide, Asli, was informative, but sometimes it felt like she was rushing through the explanations to keep the schedule tight. The accommodations were fine — nothing too fancy, but decent enough for the price.
