Me and my husband really enjoy our trip to Jasper with our tour guide, Michael. We are so lucky to see three bears in a day！The weather is nice too！ Michael is humor and funny. We laugh a lot. Was on a Banff tour from 28 to 29 March 2024. Our tour guide, Michael, was most helpful and managed the tour very well. We also appreciated the seamless transition from English to Mandarin. We didn’t feel like we missed any information.. despite the bilingual narratives. He also patiently helped us put on the spikes to be able to walk on the snow. The driver, Joe, drove smoothly and we felt safe even it it was snowing a lot on our way to Calgary. We enjoyed the tour very much. Read full review
