The itinerary was at a good pace. Customer service was helpful when there were questions months before our trip. This was a good travel experience for my children, and my husband (who had never left North America until now). I think from start to finish everything/everyone was taken care of in every way. If you like being organized and on time I would recommend Raymond for being 100%. So professional and very on point!

Our tour director Linda was excellent. Her 30+years of experience really shows and made our entire trip a joyful experience.
