Fantastic winter tour! Everything ran on time and the pickup instructions were clear. The Icefields Parkway and Lake Minnewanka were breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to see the “frozen bubbles”! The Fairmont lunch was a nice touch.., though a bit pricey. The booking process was straightforward, and I really appreciated the quick replies from the 24-hour support chat when I had a question about luggage. The Rockies are absolutely stunning in winter — Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon were the highlights. However, one day felt rushed, and the bus heater wasn’t strong enough early in the morning. Our guide was nice but sometimes hard to he..ar. The booking platform worked well and was very convenient though, and the online customer service was polite and quick to respond. Our family of four loved this tour — perfect mix of sightseeing and relaxation. The kids enjoyed the Royal Tyrrell Museum and snow tubing at Lake Louise. The guide was friendly and knew all the best photo spots. The platform’s booking s..ystem was easy, and customer service even helped us adjust our pickup time late at night. This 5-day Rockies tour was absolutely incredible! Such a lovely trip! Easy online booking, quick confirmation, and the 24-hour service team even helped us add the Banff Gondola last minute. The frozen waterfalls, Emerald Lake, and Natural Bridge were unforgettable. Highly recommend!
