The tour was ok, the place is beautiful BUT the tour guide would speak in both English and Chinese which is fine as long as she realizes this is the USA and English should always be use first.
I just recently completed the 3 day National Parks tour with Chelsea as our tour guide. I just wanted to reach out here and let you guys know how much of a fantastic job she did. This trip was truly one of the best experiences of my life. I.. met some great people on the tour, but most importantly, Chelsea clearly loved teaching us, showing us around, and sharing her overall knowledge of the parks. Everything was greatly organized and the transitions between parks were seamless. My expectations were exceeded ten-fold. Just thought I'd reach out and give my feedback because I know how useful it can be. And thanks again to Chelsea for such a fantastic time!Read full review

This tour was incredible! There were very knowledgable staff working to assist in taking excellent photos, shared about the history, and how weather has sculpted this beautiful cave hideaway! I have been to the lower Antelope Canyon as well.., but this is stunning too! Less light that comes in through the cave that the Upper Antelope but still just as beautiful!Read full review
Very poor tour, was never advised it was a bi-lingual tour most of it was in Mandarin.
You don't actually visit Hoover Dam, you go to a lookout to see it from 1km away.
Very poor tour, would not recommend.

Good option en general, but the tour guide took in mandarin most of the time and my friend and me of course we didn't understand a lot of things, but go to know that place deserves everything.
The majority of tour participants are Mandarin speakers, including the tour guide, and 70% of the time he gave instructions in Mandarin, the rest of the time with unclear English, we didn't know what is happening and where to go. The wait t..ime after the antelope canyon tour was the worst. Tourists of the tour either visit lower or upper antelope, given that participants of the lower start the tour earlier than the upper ones, they obviously will finish the tour earlier as both tours have the same duration. Yet, the guide didn't mention when and where the coach will come back to pick us up at the venue, and around a dozen of us were left waiting at the windy and barren parking lot for over an hour. No idea why they chose to wait till the upper tours finish before taking care of us. Very poor management.Read full review

The group of people with us are so loud it should be part of the tour guide to tell everyone to respect each other company. We neeed to sleep at 440am but they keep on talking until the time that we are going home still very loud. Hope you ..can address to Frank our tour guide next time include it on his briefing.
