using somebody else's bus is uncalled for, especially if there are personal belongings of another tour group in there. there should only be one bus per tour group.

No proper waiting area! It’s a rundown , dusty place. The portable toilets are disgusting. I don’t understand why they charge so much for 20 mins trip. However, Canyon itself is gorgeous.

Unable to attend due to flight issues , no wiggle room or opportunity to sell ticket to another person even though this is such a high demand attraction- I’m sure someone could’ve taken the spot.
