The tour service is okay , the information on website is not consistent with what we experienced. We were there at least 90 minutes ahead but the sign said 60 minutes, so we rushed to get there, then had to leave again and back. It was so .. Read full review

Dwayne was a great tour bus driver. He gave us a lot of history along the drive but also made it fun and gave us plenty of laughs. He made the experience.

I don't think I would do the west rim again. It was very scary because there were no guardrails and felt as if you were going to fall down.
